Declan, week 1

Declan Arrives

Here's the new addition to the family. Declan Charles, born Sept 18th, 11:15 PM. 7 lbs 8 oz, 20 3/4 inches. Only took 20 hours of labor give or take.

Grace the meatatarian

Just wanted to share that Grace ate an entire Cheddar Wurst for dinner tonight, plus 4 little smokies. She didn't want any of the bread, but also ate about a 1/4 of a peach.

She ate more than her pregnant mommy. =^)

Fun with Trash

So the story behind these videos is this: Ben was cleaning up his mail station, and the kids love to help out with mail sorting. However, the kids are learning quickly, and now know what "trash" means, so we had the kids take the "trash out." We need to teach them about recycling the paper instead of throwing it in the trash, but we have to start somewhere.

By the way, Grace chipped her front tooth today, and was not happy about it. It's a very small chip, but looks like she'll be making her first trip to the dentist next week. =^(
